Aromatherapy oils have helped me so much over the years. Each time i have found a scent that has helped me for a certain situation i implement it into my daily/weekly routine. Here are some oils that i like to use daily to help my mind and body out. Lavender Oil: Sleep Relaxation Stress Grapefruit essential Oil: Nausea Hangovers Metabolism (Put a few drops in your water) Peppermint essential Oil: Fevers Allergies Refresh and wake up Eucalyptus Oil: Colds and Flus Blood Flow Asthma and breathing More Posts coming soon.
